Dana McCubbin Popular breakfast, brunch and lunch spot coming soon to Germantown Spartanburg, SC ( RestaurantNews.com ) Eggs Up Grill , a rapidly growing breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, will open a new restaurant in Germantown, Tenn., this summer. Located at 9155 Poplar Avenue, the restaurant is the first of three Eggs Up Grill restaurants in development in the Memphis area; this is the second Eggs Up Grill restaurant in Tennessee. Dana McCubbin is the franchisee in partnership with Roseann Heckendorf and Wayland Rice.
