MEMPHIS, TN—The FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, graduated 228 law enforcement officers, including five from Tennessee: Lieutenant Joshua Creel, East Ridge Police Department Inspector Mike Fisher, Germantown Police Department Lieutenant William Futrell, Tennessee Highway Patrol Assistant Special Agent in Charge Charles Kimbril, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Assistant Special Agent in Charge Caleb Utterback, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation These officers were among the men and women from 47 states and the District of Columbia who completed the 10 weeks of training and became the 282nd class to graduate.
