A furniture and home décor retailer has picked Raleigh's largest mall for its North Carolina debut. NEST Décor, a Nashville, Tennessee-based company, is now open in Crabtree Valley Mall. The home goods and furniture store is filling a 20,000 square foot space. The new location is now the brand's flagship store and its first venture outside of Tennessee. Despite traditional malls being hit hard in recent years with diminished foot traffic, Crabtree, which is operated by Pacific Retail Capital Partners, has been relatively resilient given its location along Glenwood Avenue.
